RESPONSE /AMENDMENTS

Dear Madam/Sir:

        The present paper isin response to the Office Action mailed March 31, 2015 regarding the above-identified trademark application.  Applicant respectfully requests reconsideration in light of the following remarks and amendments.

        In the Office Action, the Examining Attorney objected to some of the identification of the goods and services, for which the applicant has more clearly defined and amended in this response, and it is believed that such amendments are in accordance with Canadian Trade-mark Act.

Applicant submits that the above amendment to clarify the identification of wares and services for the application is now believed to be even more definite and even more accurately identifies the services as well as it is in good condition for registration.  Accordingly, reconsideration and withdrawal of the rejections, and allowance ofthe subject mark, are respectfully requested. Should the Examiner believe that a telephone conference with Applicant’s representative would be helpful to advance the prosecution of the application, or for any other reason, she is kindly invited to contact the undersigned with any questions.
